In this episode, we sit with Schanaque Watson, Aramis Jones, and Terrence Brown, three Gen Z organizers with Black Millennials 4 Flint/Young, Gifted, and Green’s Memphis Chapter to share their personal journeys into the movement and to expand on the work they’re doing to bring healthy food and education to Memphis. Theirs is an inspiring dive into the multifaceted and multi-generational nature of environmental justice work; it cannot stop with a single issue or pollutant but must spread to the co-existing systems that leave many environmental justice communities without adequate infrastructure.

This episode is a special collaboration with Operation Climate, a Duke University student podcast about climate solutions and youth advocacy.
